image My fur baby, an Akita dog, woke up limping and with a swollen paw. I was panicked because we thought she fractured it and needed to schedule an emergency appointment. They were able to squeeze her in on that same day and ease all our worry. Thank you so much for your friendly service and empathy always

image Great people and wonderful service no reason to knock this location in any details. I am super glad to have my dog as a client there.

image This is the best pet hospital for your pet! 1. Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. 2. The place is clean, well maintained and equipped. They have everything they need to take care of your dog. You dont need to re schedule appointments for ultrasounds or specialized services. 3. The doctor is very friendly, he gives you enough time to answer your questions.

image If you can avoid it, DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR SERIOUS STUFF when they mess up and they dont do their job right, they literally do not take accountability and they want you to pay for their mistakes. Ill set an example, my dog had Foxtails, I took him here and they sent me back with allergy medication. I took him back a second time and They sent me back with more allergy medication. I had to go get a second opinion with another vet, and thats when they found the Foxtails. More recently my dog Lost a nail, I had the nail taken off by another vet and I noticed that he was limping so I took him back here because you know hes been coming here since he was a puppy so I said OK let me give them another chance. The vet barely took a look at his paw, spent maybe three minutes with me and literally sent me back with pain medication. I took my dog back for a second opinion somewhere else and guess what they found the infection that I said my dog had. These vets are not detail oriented at all. I would be extremely careful when taking my animal here. And then to top it off when I called and I tried to get my money back for the useless pain medication they gave me, They literally argued with me over the phone and would not give me back my money and they wanted me to drive back and give them the medication in order to get my money back, which is just absolutely ridiculous and I said well pay for my gas and they said no and then they hung up on me, theyre not as professional as they seem they might be nice but their vet lacks a lot of Experience. Think twice before you take your dog here, really think about it. For basic stuff they might be good like vaccines but past that theyre not good at more detail oriented stuff. They literally had a lapse of judgment about three times with me and my dog. DONT take your dog here. If you can avoid it, go to Bixby animal hospital theyre literally the best.
