I was a bit skeptical since I saw the bad reviews but everyone has been nice so far, don’t get me wrong there was a wait but that was to be expected. I think if you show symptoms they have you waiting outside but they’ll call you pretty quickly.

My third experience with Memorial Care Medical Group Urgent care. Absolutely substandard in every way - staff, doctors, x-ray technician. I do not recommend.

I liked being able to “hold a space” by scheduling online. I saw a doc within 30mins of my appt time which is wild for urgent care. I hadn’t even finished filling out the forms by the time they called my name. (Possible I just came at an empty time, at 1pm on a Wednesday.)
The nurse was really nice about my white coat panic (I’m autistic) and helped me breathe through the overstimulation. Then I remembered to put in my loops (fancy earplugs) which helped quiet the complex ambient noise while I waited for the doc and continued to work on my forms.
The doc, Amanda Lynn Rodriguez (MD), was sooooooo kind and helpful. She was thorough, asked questions, and explained everything very clearly. Our interaction was brief but it kind of made me wish she was my PCP, haha.
