Great binding. Customer service was originally good but since the carpet started bubbling very badly in a very low traffic area I have repeatedly called them to come repair it and I am getting crickets. They promised me they'll call me tomorrow. They promised me they'll be out next week and nothing is getting done would not recommend them at this point. I have Christmas Eve at my house and I would like my carpet to be flat like it should be.

We bought new flooring for our Mom's home a couple of weeks ago. Lacey's service was excellent: the estimate was given within two business days from our first contacting them; the price was very reasonable and the installers arrived on time and finished on time. They worked hard and were considerate. I received a check-back call within an hour of their finishing the installation to confirm whether I had further needs, which I did not. Working with Lacey's was terrific.

Amazing people to work with. Dino, the owner is such a good guy that he even gave me some free bonding for the extra carpet pieces after home carpet installation. Very reasonable pricing and professional quality. They did half of my house flooring and will definitely go back to them for the rest.
