Received expired food in the thanksgiving box. Bag of unopened rice had bugs in it. Does anyone quality check the food that gets donated? I used to manage (on a smaller scale) a food pantry and it is crucially important things get checked. People could get really sick.

For our Holiday Turkey Boxes, the majority of the box is newly purchased food with a couple donated items. These donated items should of been thoroughly checked.
