We had a new expansion tank replaced under warranty last month but we heard noises, every time we used hot water. Called BZ and Santiago Mendoza came out and explained that there were air bubbles in the line. We turned on all faucets for 2 minutes while Santiago released the control valve. Magic.... he gave us detailed instructions on what to do if if happens again. He was most courteous and very helpful in telling us how to drain our hot water heater in the future. Best part.... all covered under the warranty. BZ is the BEST! Service: Water heater repair

Santiago did 2 toilet installs today . Totally professional, courteous explained what he was doing.Had me watch when he unpacked the toilets . Answered all my questions great job at a fair price. Any more plumbing needs I will call BZ Services: Faucet repair, Toilet installation

Santiago from BZ Plumbing came to repair a leak under our sink and shower head piping.  He was friendly and professiona, arrived on time, and kept the work area spotless.  He explained the reasons for the water leakage and repairs performed, and was very thorough.  I highly recommend Santiago as he demonstrates excellent knowledge in his field of work!

We contracted BZ Plumbing to replace the faulty KiTec plumbing in my wife's mom's house in Lincoln Hills. We can't say enough good things about BZ, they came highly recommended. My wife dealt with I believe the owner of BZ and she was quickly put at ease regarding the work to be done and fair pricing as well. She said he was professional and easy to talk to. I didn't get the BZ person's name because I wrote this late at night and didn't want to wake her up.
Like anyone facing the prospect of a company having to remove many sections of sheetrock to create access to do the repipe job, we were concerned about the quality of replacing the sheetrock, matching the original plaster texture, and obviously color matching the paint. I know it takes someone with high skills to accomplish this task and to our surprise, we were blown away by the quality of the wallboard repair and final finishing. It was so good I could not tell the wall was even repaired. My mother in law's next door neighbor came over to take a look at the final work because they were considering a whole house repipe as well. They were equally impressed with the finished job and I had to point out where the original wallboard was removed and replaced. I knew they were very picky people just like us, but the walk through and inspection lifted their confidence and soon after they contacted BZ and had the same work done at their house. Like us, they loved the finished product.
As they say, "the proof is in the pudding" and BZ did an amazing job, needless to say I would recommend them for the whole house repipe or any other plumbing needs for that matter. The KiTec pipe issue is something that if you do not do, you are rolling the dice because its not if a failure will occur, its when. At least you have control over this looming issue and besides, its a well known pre existing condition and you are responsible for fixing the problem prior to any thought of selling.
