Worst experience with mysoginistic shift manager (Randy Gibson). My house flooded and I am a single mom. I arrived with my small toddler and didnt realized we arrived through the side door. We could not get in. It was freezing cold, rainy and windy. I called the front desk and this rude guy refused to open the door. He said I am not opening the door, I am working with a customer. Finally someone open the door (a guest). When I was there, I told him I hope you guys can treat me better than at the Marriot downtown . We were tired, cold and I just came back from out of the state. He started to act rude towards me when I say will see if my service is better of what I got down town. He said mam if you are going to be rude with me and not be professional I am going to refund you and he canceled my reservation. I had a reservation made for weeks. He trow me and my small child outside on the cold. We were full of luggage and it was raining. This guy should have no business in the hospitality industry. He has no good customer service skills or experience working with tired people who just got their house flooded. I am also a Bomboy titanium tear member. His service was not was is expected for a high tier bomboy member.

Awesome Marriott property centrally located in Antelope Valley close by to the 14. Property is newer, rooms were clean with a small useable kitchen, and breakfast was great. Plus Sarah was great and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable!

Its your boy again here with another review..these rooms are pretty dope..have a nice size fridge and cooking area so you can save some money and not spend so much..its across from this bomb Japanese restaurant..and it's cheap..I saw a few ppl out in the front drinking and having a good time so if you come with a group the party don't have to stop..
The best part is my bug..the reason I make this trip..been loving this beautiful woman for 20 years now..thats a long time to have have eyes for that one person..I love you bug..you are my person..

Was able to deliver car to my brother and the ladies at the desk were very helpful...may have to book a stay there soon...
Recent stay was amazing here. Like a small apartment with everything you need.
