My prescription was called in on Thursday the 3rd they did not have it ready that day when they said it would be . Told me it would be ready Friday by 2 oclock so I called Friday at 2 oclock. They still dont have it !!! so now they tell me its on order itll be on on Monday by 2 o clock NOPE AGAIN !!!!! So AGAIN now Im an told it will be ready Tuesday by 2 o clock. NOPE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now Im being told Wednesday by 2 oclock !!!!!!!!!!!! This is completely ridiculous!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!

Each time I have gone to this Pharmacy, I get a different story about their policies and my prescriptions. Hang literally admitted to me that she had told me something different the previous time I was there. The staff at the Vons Pharmacy a mile or two down the road on Woodruff are way better and worth the extra drive.

I love the pharmacy staff! They are so friendly. Every time you walk by, they call you out by name to say hello. I feel like they are a part of my family. They are happy to discuss any medications, they have helped me many times with my insurance issues, and they found a discount card to help lower the cost of my prescription! Solange, Jessica, Irene and Hang are so knowledgeable and eager to help out in any way they can!
