I made an order at 12.20 in the mobile app. My pickup time is 12.40.
I arrived to pick up my order at 12.45.
It's 1pm and they've just started preparing my order...
This is not the first time this has happened, I order through the app to get my order faster, and not to hang around longer than other customers who pay for their order at the checkout line.

I came in and had a wonderful experience, this is not your average Subway. I met the owner Maritza, she was a delight and her staff are absolutely wonderful people. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and were very friendly. I will be sure to keep coming back to this location

The female worker this evening( Oct 2nd,2023) is very rude and unprofessional.
Wish the owner would see my comment, because this rude worker is harming your business. She should get fired.

People here are awesome!! One employee, however, likes to add 5 dollar tips without telling you. Check the prices of your items to make sure!
