I applied for a passport with an appointment. I waited 15 minutes in line to sign in for my appointment. Someone else showed up 5 minutes before my appointment and they prioritized them ahead of me. I ended up waiting 30 extra minutes. I had all my paperwork filled out and the person in front of me had nothing. Totally unfair my family had to wait.

Horrible service. Would not recommend going to this post office. The people working here are very inconsiderate and do not care about the customers.

They say whatever they want to say, they dont even go and look for lost mail , items, etc. happen more than once, they put the wrong mail in the wrong P.O. Boxes as well as home delivery , they couldve cared less about helping anyone.
Its as bad as that scene in a Seinfeld episode at the post office.

Ive come to this post office regularly in the past 8 months. The staff is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in determining the best solution to my mail and shipping questions. This is my go to place.

Ive had a box here for years and never had a problem. Lines can sometimes be slow but its because the personnel are giving there individual attention to who is at the counter.
