DO NOT HIRE THAT FIRM. THEY ARE A FARSE.. Fred De La Pena and his wife, are A JOKE. They should be reported to the State Bar. Don't waste your money. They will steal your money and not defend you.

Do not use Fred, he does not do his job, he does not keep his words, he does not deliver. He is well known between attornies for dragging the case and hope that they close. At the end he will not fight for you, or even bother to answer your calls, and he will turn you into the system. These are my experiences, thank you for reading, good luck.

BEST DEFENSE ATTORNEY IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!! Very Honest Defense Attorneys with more than 43+ yrs of EXPERIENCE.
He was my Attorney and referred him to 4 family members and 2 friends and were 100% satisfied.
My family hired De La Peña in 2015 and charge 1/3 of what others would charged me and accepted Payments. He provided me with FREE CONSULTATION. He fought for me and obtain an Own Recognizance in 2016. After paying him a few months later after my release, Mr. De La Peña continued to show up to my courts every 2-3 months for 2 1/2 years and never mentioned PAYING HIM EXTRA. Finally 2018 we WON with a CASE DISMISSED after fighting for 3 yrs with me as my Attorney he NEVER GAVE UP ON ME. Not All the attorneys fight till the last with their customer. Most attorneys charge and want to close the case ASAP.
