Walgreens Pharmacy - Closed

This isn't the closest Walgreens for me but I always order my photos from this location since the service is always good and they don't make you wait around a whole bunch for your photo like some other Walgreens (I'm looking at you Rowland Heights). Also, this location is way less sketchy than the one closer to me. For their service and clientele, I'm giving this place 5 stars.

This location is horrible. Always understaffed or can't handle the amount of work they have to do. I just called at 1:14 because I think a prescription was sent there in error. I was on hold until it conveniently disconnected me at 1:30 because that's their lunchtime. I wasted 16 minutes on hold. I wish I could blame the cold/flu season, but this is a year round issue with them which is why I switched all my prescriptions to Walmart.

This Walgreens is closed from 1-2 pm daily even though this site says 1:30-2:00. Today I pulledInto the drive through at 12:56 pm to pick up my order, glad I made it before 1. Nope, they were closed! Now I have to coordinate again to get my prescription. If you're going to take a whole hour for lunch you shouldn't leave early! It's so inconvenient for most people for whom usually mid day is the best time for them to get out! My husband has to watch my daughter for me to get my prescription but now the trip was in vain. Please please be more thoughtful of the people who need their meds and are making trips to get to your store. You should change your posted hours so people know you're closed for over an hour every day in the middle of the day!

Since the owner ship changed, the associations attitude had been changed as well. For several times, it took the associates 4 to 5 days to have my prescription ready. I called several time for status, it said "Delayed" or out of stock.
