This is one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever had to deal with. I went with my fiancée to drop off her bridesmaids dress to get hemmed, we arrived at 9:05am on Saturday October 14. The sign on the door and Yelp/Google said that the store opens at 9am. The business was closed at 9:05am, we call the businesses which directs to Daniels cell phone and we were told that they were running a few minutes late, and that they would be there in "10 minutes". We waited for them to open the business until 10:05am when they finally arrived. This was frustrating enough, but we figured it would be easier to stick with this place since all 8 bridesmaids dresses were going to be at this one location. We dropped off the dress, Daniel had previously agreed to a "group discount" bringing the total for each dress to $15, we only had a $20 at the time but Daniel said he didn't have change at this moment, but he will give us the $5 when we picked up the dress, and even wrote that on the receipt. Daniel said the dress would be ready Monday 16th.
Monday, every time we tried calling the business we either got the run around or the phone went straight to voicemail, my sister finally gets a hold of him and he said it will be ready Thursday October 19th in the morning.
Thursday, my sister goes to the shop to find out that the dress wasn't ready, she spoke to Daniel and he assured her that it would be ready at 4:00p. I got there at 4:23p to pick up the dress, and he began saying, "I told the girls it won't be ready until 4:30p" then stopped himself as he looked at his watch and said I mean 5:30p, I told him we need it today, and he said no problem the dress is already done he just needs to "pick it up". Then he tells me that we are cutting it close coming in last minute, "do you really need it today" I said Yes, we need it today you said it would be ready on Monday, so then he says, it is ready, but it's just not here, I have to go pick it up, come back at 5:30p. Daniel calls me before 5:30p asking if my fiancée dropped it off with a bag or without a bag, because he wasn't sure which one belongs to her. Fast forward to 5:30p I walk in the door he shows me the dress, I then ask him about the $5 and show him the receipt on my phone, he begins to make up excuses and says "Yes, I wrote $15, and I said I would give her the change, but it was actually a lot more work than I originally thought so it's going to be $20, or else I can't release the dress to you". I argued with him that he wrote a price on the receipt, so he needs to honor it and he can't make up prices now, he continues to make up excuses until he finally says, he is "not going to make a big deal over $5" then goes next door to get change, because again he didn't have any change. I literally could not believe how poorly this place is being run; I didn't even bother bringing up the fact that he was 4 days passed his initial pick up date, or the fact that we waited for him for 1 hour to open up the store.
If you don't feel like reading, here is a summarized version. This place sucks, go somewhere else.

Very poor experience here. Do not pay for service in full with cash! My belongings ended up being late by three whole weeks, I never got a phone call with any kind of reasoning, was not always open for pick up, returned my belongings to me without doing the service, and refused to give me any kind of refund.

I used this place to get my wedding dress cleaned. My dress had a blue chalk stain but nothing major. I took it to them because I TRUSTED them. And before we even drooped it off we asked the lady that if she was sure that the blue chalk stain would come off. She assured me and my mother in law that the stain would come off. Anyways two weeks went by and they didn’t give me a pick up date so I assumed it was finished. So I called and the guy told me to pick it up. I let a few days pass and i show up to pick it up and he tells me that the dress is not done yet. I was very understanding so I let another week go by. I show up at the cleaners assuming it’s done because they had the dress more than 3 weeks and the dress is still not done. He told me that he would call me later that day so I can pick it up. He NEVER called. So I go a few days later I show up and he tells me that it’s still not done. I was pretty irritated because I have driven back and forth to pick up my dress that was never cleaned. Since I was going out of state i paid them the amount that they charged me for the dress even though i was upset that they didn’t have my dress done in a timely matter. so I asked my mother in law to pick it up. She calls them goes to pick it up to find that the dress still has the blue stain and that the bolero jacket buttons that came with the dress were stained yellow. When I came back to CA i went to pick up the dress and the guy blamed it on my mother in Law. I told him nicely that I will take my dress as is and I wanted a refund so I can take it to someone who can actually cleaned it and he refused. They ruined the buttons of my jacket and the dress stain did not come off completely . I was very unsatisfied and I have them multiple chances to have my dress ready. The guys excuse was “we don’t specialize on wedding dresses” the i asked him why he took it and said that they going to clean it. They could’ve said no and i could’ve just took it to another place. I usually never write bad reviews but this place was very unprofessional. I will NEVER go here again. They lied to me and do not care about customer. WILL NO LONGER send people here that’s how bad my experience was. Very upset on the situation that could’ve been handled better.
