I switched insurance agencies after 20 years just so Ted Amorosi could take charge of my policies. I am so impressed by his dedication to personal care and the fact that he insists on making sure his clients have the best coverage at the best possible price that he can provide. He's not just my insurance agent, he's my advisor and trusted consultant on all things insurance related. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

If I could give 0 I would. Have been with this agent long before Ted....received horrible service from his entire family several times our policy was cancelled and monies were distributed to the wrong account. How is this our fault it's not, but somehow we were penalized. Casey would call and say we need a check today drive it to the office your policy has been cancelled ......why is it been cancelled? And she wouldn't have an answer for me SHE NEVER GAVE ME AN ANSWER when I finally took it all the way to the top of farmers it turned out to be this office doing the wrong thing and charging me for it. Fyi When you read reviews you should always look and see if someone's just joined so they can write a nice review or do they have many reviews and do they have friends and are they based solely on their review or they just want to sleep and he's like oh I'm new and I'm going to write a great review for this place you should really look at the writer not the 5 stars!
We've had all our policies and years with them and I would receive refund checks and then letter after letter and the cancellation until finally one day I was tired of 5, 6 envelopes showing up at once. Done with it and left. Do you think he called to see why we were leaving? NO. So now do you think he called to apologize for frustrating us and being the cause of such descrepencies, NO. Do you think he called in response to any messages NO, he just took a bill and turned into a collection agency showing what A CARING agent he is not. So after 25 years with this insurance agency they send $100 some over to a collection agency?! So extremely poor. And never called Never have follow through never returns calls that's why we left. Buyer beware. Ted you are a horrible business man, very unprofessional and an extremely ungrateful business man.
