I got $12 toll charge as the transponder they sold did not work properly. They refused to refund it. I cancelled my account moved to another agency.

I went to the Toll Road Irvine walk-in office to talk about a penalty fee of $120 I received for forgetting to pay my toll.
Long story short... they waived the penalty... I'm grateful for the hassle-free experience with Toll Roads. Efficient resolution and understanding customer service turned potential headache into a sigh of relief.
Kudos for making toll matters a breeze!

I received a fraudulent bill from TOLL ROADS. I was in Mill Valley CA near San Francisco on the day my vehicle was supposedly on SR241 toll road. I crossed a bridge using FasTrack. I have receipts and records. Shall we sue them?

If I can give you a big 0- and put your agency bankrupt, I will do in one second, you guys are the worst of the worst out there and I did 18 years of customer service, they dont care about tax payer citizens, I paid toll roads for 3 1/2 years with no problem and they were happy to take my money but money became tight last year and my husband used the toll roads for months so he wouldnt be late picking up his kid in Chino and he was in the middle of a child custody modification too and he did this so he wouldnt lose custody of his child, right after his work also decreased, when I called last year Toll Roads wanted $9,000 and then they decreased to $2,800, they still adding late fees and penalties and they dont budged nor care to follow any laws. AB 2594 was passed last year in California for these thieves to waive all fees or at least penalties and late fees, NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING there when you call them, is like theyre only all there to collect a pay check, and the bad reviews speak for itself here. I messaged them in Instagram after they tell others here to message them there and then I get a message in Instagram to call their customer service # , I called their CS # and the man who answered the phone didnt want to help me nor ever heard of AB 2594 & still wanted me to pay the amount in file if $2,800 in fees, then I messaged these thieves again in Instagram telling them this and they said someone will reach out to me at my cell#.Some Alvin called me at 7:55am and I was not available at the time ti take his call. I called this person back, left message on his voice mail but is been over 24 hours and no call back, you will think they will prioritize upset clients and will have someone that actually cares to reach out to these upset tax payers but they dont, with all the millions they make every year on toll roads you will think they will hire people who care and you will think management will know the laws that passed regarding toll roads and trained their employees on it but they dont, this whole experience plus all the negative comments in here is projection of poor management in their offices and managers that are only there to also collect a pay check! Im taking this issue with the higher ups that are not in this office getting paid with our tax payer money warning up a chair so they can just collect a paycheck everyday. WORST COMPANY EVER, WORST MANAGEMENT AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
