      image Leonardo is a true professional. He was accommodating, understanding and very supportive when my house had an extensive leak above my garage. He was able to provide assistance by helping me contact a plumber, he visited my home in timely manner to offer support and communicating with the plumber.       Does the respond to emails answer phone calls, She manages for a select few of the properties, She has an aggressive demeanor with no customer service skills. Never visits our part of the Orchard Hills property entirely forgotten.
