My review is about Cox company not about this store. Cox is a very unreliable company that changes prices at any time without any reason. They advertise false packages and make false promises. The phone representatives are rude and have no complete knowledge of what they are doing. I do not recommend this company. If you are fortunate enough to live in an area where you can choose (not my case, I'm stuck with Cox)internet providers I recommend to stay away from Cox company.

I had high hopes for Cox because their prices were good when I first called in but since then I had to add more services so I'm higher than I was with Fios. Internet signal is very weak, called in and complained, they sent me a new modem but then when my bill came in there was an upcharge that was never discussed. The other issue is their channel line up is all over the place, you'd think the channels would be grouped like all the 1300's would be sports, all the 1200's movie channels but they are random all over the place, very hard to find channels

I had to wait like 20 mins in the store just to drop off my router and modem. But everyone was nice!
