Ortho Mattress

Great Service.....We bought a mattress but then decided to upgrade. We were able to exchange to the other mattress without any restocking fee. We paid the difference for the upgrade and only had to pay for another $99 delivery and pickup fee.

My mom went there too look for a bed frame. She left a deposit for it to be ordered. Nine days later received a call from Ortho mattress. Was told Ortho mattress can't order it unless paid in full. Told her mom was told by sales person only deposit needed. Told her cancel the order about 10 times. Now getting herasing phones calls. Will never buy anything from Ortho mattress

I met John again yesterday. He asked me a few questions about my sleeping habits and any health issues. Together we found a nice medium firm mattress that was delivered today. Our second purchase from this store.
