I went in this morning for help with one of my bank accounts. From the very moment I walked in I felt that I was wasting their time and made to feel very unwelcome. I left and ended up sitting in my car crying.
Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Worst customer experience I have EVER experienced.

I see the changes here, everything is new. But the service is poor, the signage is very unclear and there is no one to serve. After I said excuse me many times, the manager came out and asked me to scan the QR code on the sign with an expressionless face. There was no explanation or answer to my questions and the whole process made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm sure she is the manager with the highest position here and I don't think this should be the service.
