Crooks Chevrolet! That is what they should be called. These are gauging prices by $25$-@30k on some cars. Chip shortage will go away, but a great customer experience will stay for ever. Great customer service IN NOT IN Simpson Chevrolet's DNA. These thieves and crooks will charge you $25,000 over MSRP. Please remember these gougers when things get back to normal. Never ever ever will buy a car from these crooks!

Had a bad experience buying my truck from here. First they try to sell me a truck that had prior body work that I had to point out to my sales rep which is concerning as I showed them the overspray in the bed area along with the yellow bodyshop masking tape. Over phone they said this truck was a their shop loaner vehicle with 1500 miles. The odometer read 4000 miles. We weren't happy so they sold us a new truck that had missing running boards. Almost 2 months later I have to keep checking to see when my running boards will come in. No straight answer each time. I run a body shop and called other dealers. they stated they have the running boards in stock. I left a survey for them and no contact from anyone at the dealer. Proof below my truck is from Simpson

I’ve brought my camaro to this dealership before and had a positive experience and was hoping this time around would be the same, but it wasn’t. My main concern (transmission) was never addressed. I asked that they took a look at my transmission and addressed that problem before anything else, as that was all I really cared about and anything else would just be a plus if there was the opportunity after. My car was there for 6 days and all that got done was an air filter change, wiper blade change, fuel additive, and 1 or 2 other minor routine procedures, and I was charged over $700 even though the main reason I stated I brought my car in for was a trans fluid flush and change because I was having transmission shudders and trouble shifting.
I also explained that I had a constant loud squeak coming from the car which is extremely noticeable and happens multiple times per drive (I can confidently say it happens at least every 20 seconds) , but I was told no one heard it when test driving the car which is impossible because there hasn’t been a single drive where I haven’t heard the squeak (including now).
I really wish this wasn’t the case as I like the workers here and the convenience that this dealership is close to me, and I really hate writing bad reviews but this was an overall stressful and expensive experience for the fact that the concern I stated was the most important wasn’t even looked at.
