We used Marianne and I was pretty disappointed. I specifically used a travel agent because I didn’t have the time to do the research on my own. It turns out she signed us up for redundant tours and really was looking to maximize her dollars. When I had an issue with a hotel she didn’t even seem to know the process for resolving it!
We traveled to Spain and Portugal and I would not recommend her services.
A friend used her for Italy and thought she was great, but unfortunately our experience was not as good.
