The wait time varies from slow to going backwards. Not once can I say "wow, that was fast". Even if I'm the only one in the drive thru.
Recently, when I walked in were two employees taking orders and one packing them up.
I approached the counter and waited while the two spoke between themselves. When the one finished bagging an order and the conversation ended she turned and asked if I was picking up (about 3 minutes)? No greeting, no smile from either of them. Not the end of the world, but if you're going to be delayed helping patrons they should at minimum acknowledge your presence.
The location always appears to be clean inside and outside.
