You can have all great five star reviews but what's more important to me is how a company/business handles a bad situation, especially if caused by them. In the case of 1 review that had damaged properties by the movers and the company shirked their responsibility when it was time to pay. I will be moving in a few weeks but WILL NOT use this company based on how poorly they handle it when something bad ACTUALLY happens. Fortunate for those who didn't have to deal with a problem.

Fantastic movers! Second time we have used them. Honest, very hard working, took excellent care of our items! We will definitely use them again and we wholeheartedly recommend them! Did an excellent job, snow and all!

Don't book with them!!! Stay away. I contacted them three weeks early, confirmed a date for the move. Than they had to move it back, "had another job" but still would move me starting today and finishing tomorrow, 08/22/2020. Were supposed to be here at 730 am to prep. Received a text that at 730, 1 of their movers were sick, so they could no longer move me, no other options were given. Would not call or talk to me. Did not assist in helping me find another mover. Wouldn't answer the phone. I understand things happen, but Tommy could care less. Don't trust them! I closed escrow and had to be out by a certain time, which they knew, but they didn't care. The least they could have done was assist me with another moving company. Service: Local removals

I have no idea how this place got its high reviews. The movers broke my brand new $800 piece of furniture still in the original carton and they wouldn’t cover the damage on it at all. The second part is they damaged my solid wood antique dresser also worth good money. I had to follow up with the operations manager on a weekly basis for FOUR MONTHS to try and get my dresser fixed which didn’t happen.Then he claimed he would send me a check and that didn’t happen. So even if you sign for insurance don’t expect them to pay for it. This move cost me $1800+ for a day move plus $2000+ in moving damages!! I even spoke to the owner over the phone and he disregarded what I said was completely rude and hung up on me! Then I had to basically do the managers job for him to send me a check which never happened. Since when is it a customers job to follow up on a claim on a weekly basis. Please do not go through them so your own sake!
