they did a really good work on a crown inspite of my difficulty in opening my mouth due to a Tmj condition. it has lasted and no problems with bite closure.

Great and wonderful experience, Highland Village Dentistry is now under new management and Dr. Chung did an amazing job. I am usually afraid of the dentist but he was very understanding and made me feel safe throughout the whole process. Absolutely the best value for oral care in the area!

Worse experience ever! They are under staff but booking more patients than they can handle. I Walked in and there was no receptionist in the front desk. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for assistance. When I was taken to the back, I was seated on the dental chair for more than 20 minutes before a dental assistant evaluated me. I then noticed that the office was backed up with patients. The dentist approached me quickly without providing a consultation and said my insurance denied a deep cleaning. When I returned home I called my insurance carrier and they confirmed that I was eligible for the benefit. The dental provider is more concern with booking more appointments to bill insurance companies for reimbursement, versus providing quality treatment and services.
