Arctic Air came to my home today to repair my heater and I could not be more pleased. They were at my house in less 30 minutes and had my heater up and running within minutes. The service technician was very polite and professional. I would recommend Arctic Air to anyone who needs their heating and air conditioning worked on in the Central Valley. I am giving them a 5 star rating and they get an A+ in my book.

Very professional. On time for scheduled appointments. Friendly and helpful in explaining my package hvac.
After 25 years of hoping that my old hvac could hold up one more summer I finally made the choice to replace it with a new one December, 2022. I wasn't going to chance another summer like 2022.
Process went very smoothly. They even solved a problem with our 2 front bedrooms by installing wider ducts to those areas. Finally enabling those rooms to stay warm in winter and cool this summer. I'm so pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company for your hvac needs.

Excellent service and speed. I called and they were out extremely fast and arrived exactly when they said they would. Extremely kind and knowledgeable tech that had all the parts with him and was working with speed and clean to get the job done above and beyond. Thank you for the service.
