If you want a mortgage broker who you can really trust and has a heart, look no further! Glendora Andrews with Northern California Mortgage Co. was there for my family when we needed her the most. In a venture this big and confusing you need guidance and someone you can trust every step of the way especially if you have never bought a house before. I had started off with one mortgage broker that was just not a good fit and then I heard about Glendora and her values of being honest and caring. I decided to work with her and it was the best decision of my life. This was our first time buying a house and I needed someone with kid gloves to go over everything and make me feel safe. I was also apprehensive about a mortgage broker because they may not be the ones that hold your loan and then you are on your own. If you choose Glendora this is far from the truth. Not only can she shop the best rate but she makes sure she stands by our side every step of the way. She does not hold my loan and it has now been seven months and believe it or not I still have questions. Things come up that even the bank that holds my loan can't answer and sure enough she is still there for us. I really love the protections she wrote into my loan to look after us as well. My husband really loves the fact that she made everything so easy and seamless. I really appreciate her old school values that her clients come first. I can truly say she is more then just a broker to us now. She is a friend who has our back. I am really writing this because I believe everyone deserves a broker who will bend over backwards to make sure you are safe on your journey to your new home.

Sheila Tobin was kind, calm, informative and professional. We had a slightly involved situation that she basically came in and saved by handling it beautifully. Getting it to close even with curve-balls and she kept us all calm in areas she had no control over but somehow found a solution by working with all parties involved. I would highly recommend her and look forward to using her for my future lending needs.
