We couldn't be happier with our experience with Premier. From walking in to look at options and getting such excellent advice by Denise, to the flawless & fast installation that Dan did, it was all so easy. Our home is transformed and the price was affordable. Absolutely will come back for our next project.

I initially chose Premier Flooring based on the stellar reviews of their customer service. Denise was extremely patient and helpful as I was trying to decide on new carpet for my master bedroom. She presented several options and colors and made sure I was happy with my final selection. My new carpet hasn't been installed yet but I'm confident I'll be very pleased with the final result.
Update: The installation experience was great. The installers were very careful moving my furniture. I'm very happy with the new carpet. Everyone at Premier was a pleasure to work with.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS I recently bought blinds from a big box store and was trying to put them up to no avail with the help of my mom who has Alzheimer’s. I went in there looking for hardware to help me somehow figure out how to hang them. I explained the situation to Dan and he asked how far my mom lives from here. Grabs a electric screwdriver and heads home to help. Who does this??? Premier Floor Coverings in Grass Valley does!! Could not recommend this company more. Grass Valley is lucky to have them. Thanks again.
