This is a crap company run by crap people. They lie in your face, but smile while doing it. Is it a wonder why they are going under? Don't expect help from the corporate office. The executives are just bigger loads of crap.

Last December, I was trying to return an item and I didn't realize that if I used Venmo that I wouldn't get my money back on my card. The lady who was helping me out didn't offer me any cash back and instead gave me a store credit. If you ever purchase something and use Venmo and want to return it, don't do it because you'll most likely get a store credit.
