Regina is Awesome. She is extremely good in what she does. Helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick up the eyeglasses that suits my face. Been coming back in this place for several years and satisfied with their services.

Regina was super helpful and straightforward when it came to helping me pick out my glasses. She was incredibly sweet and made the whole process personal and fun. The shop is definitely worth checking out if you want good luxury frames.

The Optica location at the Glendale Galleria has a great selection for all of your eyewear needs. The store manager Regina Afshalimi is very knowledgeable and she provides excellent customer service with every transaction.

I must admit I have been shopping at the wrong eyewear store for 8 years. Until I found Regina. Regina's customer service is to the most extreme. She is so pure and nurturing. She gave me such good deal on frames and my prescription!! Not only is she the sweetest but she makes sure you leave the store feeling right about your purchase. I came in with urgency because my previous glasses had broke right in the middle and luckily I was able to find my new pair here at Optica. I honestly could not be anymore grateful to Regina and the store. Thank you!

Got my first pair of authentic Cartier frames here ! Regina helped me out so much ! I am very picky and she was able to handle all my fitting requests! Thank you Regina ! I will come back when I need more Cartier frames ! Highly recommended
