      image Shabby decor unwelcoming desk staff. Poor quality and value breakfast. Room lighting dim. Paper cups in room and in the restaurant. Would not recommend, not so bad if you have a car.
      Rooms: Brown and dark and cool. Windows don't open paper cups.
      Walkability: Long walk to center, can walk to a supermarket.
      Food & drinks: Poor breakfast, both in quality and value. Again no crockery paper..

      image We stayed in this so-called 4-star hotel!! The second day our room was not cleaned or serviced. When we enquired, we were told that they don't clean the rooms every day because of COVID??? But they still charge the same price for every night! And the icing on the cake was that there was no hot water on the last day due to maintenance, with no apology or refund.
      Stay away from this joke of a hotel.
      I am very surprised by the Helton group.
      STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
