I save 5 stars for when something is amazing and has a wow factor. The Glenmark has that, and I wasn't expecting it!
The hotel is located on a corner and my directions took me to the wrong street so I did a lap and found the front entrance. Ample parking in the garage beneath the hotel, although the drive in can be a little tight. Elevator from parking drops you off right at check in.
The lobby is gorgeous with plenty of seating and great decor. Definitively not cookie cutter. There is a bar in the lobby as well, but I did not have a chance to experience it. I had already checked in on the app and saw that they had upgraded me to a king suite. I prefer a physical key and the front desk was extremely helpful and recognized my Marriott status. I was given a clear and concise run down of the hotel since it was my first time there and sent on my way with a promise to deliver anything additional I needed. There are new standard COVID precautions at check-in and hand sanitizer throughout the hotel. Masks are also available at check-in to those in need.
Each hotel room had stickers on the door indicating that they were cleaned and no one had gone in after. It was a nice touch that I haven't seen any other hotel do (and I've been traveling each week this entire year). The suite was gorgeous with plenty of space. A kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, plus seating were next to the living room with a king size pull out sofa if needed. The bedroom was a separate room that was quite large and had an en suite. The bathroom is what really stole the show. Double sinks greet you right away with a toilet to the side. A wet room houses a large soaker tub and 3 waterfall shower heads plus an additional traditional head to give you a spa like experience. The mirrors on the double sinks are motion activated and a neat touch. The bath products are individual which I enjoy versus the wall mounted systems that are slowly taking over. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the USB and USB-C along with a traditional outlet next to both sides of the bed.
Breakfast the next day at the hotel's restaurant was easy and delicious. I received any item and drink with my status so I went for the avocado toast with an egg and an iced chai. Both were fantastic, with the toast looking picturesque and tasted even better.
I was sad to leave the Glenmark and already excited for my next visit back. I selfishly don't want anyone to find out about this amazing hotel, but their great work should be appreciated by all!

This hotel was great. Extremely clean. The staff was very nice. The beds were comfy. The room was a great size. The only downside was the walls being a bit thin so you could hear the wedding reception that was going on downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

You don't have access to the rooms unless someone you know stays there and has to come down to get you, very secure. Great location with great size rooms and very nice room set ups. You can also go to the rooftop to enjoy some great food, hookah and drinks. Awesome environment

Brand new and on top of things important for travelers. The best beds this side of a Ritz Carlton, wonderfully comfortable and inviting. Concise rooms with great bathroom setup, underground parking that worked, sadly the bar and other amenities were COVID nerfed. Great location and we will go back to enjoy the rooftop dining at another time.
