Mark Salcido is truly the best in this business. From remodeling to staging to closing the deal. This is my third transaction with him and cannot say enough about him. We had our house on the market for 3 months. But we were not able to sell. Mark came in and sold it in 27 days. Definitely looking forward to more business with him in the future

I rarely take the time to write reviews because in this day and age finding people who actually care about their customers and the service they provide is very rare. Mark Salcedo with Realty Executives is a major exception to this.
Mark stood out from the other agents I had interviewed for several reasons. He had an extensive knowledge pertaining to remodels, repairs, landscaping etc. He can actually do this work himself so he knows what he's talking about. Mark took the time to go through the home and point out things that we needed to improve in order to maximize our selling price while at the same time not spending a significant amount of money on repairs. He delt with many of the issues inside the home and used his contacts to save us a lot of money.
One of the major issues was a large portion of landscaping on a half acre lot which had not been maintained for several years. Mark ran the job himself, he took a chainsaw and trimmed all of the trees personally .... Yes he did it himself!! (quotes from tree trimming companies were outrageous) laid new sod, trimmed bushes, ect. Needless to say he saved us a fortune. The home sold for over $170,000 above what other agents had estimated. Mark is phenomenal! We originally connected with him at the beginning of the year, unsure of what we wanted to do. We held off because I didnt want to let me first home go but we knew now was the time to sale. Then one weekend, we randomly decided what the heck, lets list and see and my deal was, Id let it go so long as I got a certain (kinda ridiculous) amount for it and we dang well got that exact amount. Mark works HARD for his share and goes above and beyond. He is super detail oriented and will put in the work himself to get the house in tip top shape! He is super personable and understands the behind the scenes stuff that goes on, like family obligations, stress and juggling life while trying to pack up your life and move. He truly means it when he says he will help in any way he can. Mark became like family to us. I promise you will not regret having Mark on your team whether its buying or selling!
