Place was good, good location near freeway and food. I got a room because of work and bed was comfortable enough to get a good sleep. I would recommend.

I've stated this location multiple times and the staff is always friendly and the rooms are always very well taken care of. On one instance where there was a room mishap (not the hotels fault) the staff immediately jumped in and resolved it changing me to another available room.
Food & drinks: Free breakfast in the morning has made some recent changes by actually adding protein like eggs and sausage to go along with the waffles, biscuits and pastries. Unfortunately the eggs on both mornings I've stayed here have been very rubbery around the edges as if they have been sitting in the marmer for way too long.

No one attending front desk. Note with bell stated the person stepped away for "15 minutes". 20 minutes went by with no one coming. 2 men were seated at a table, on the phone. I appealed to them finally, asking where the clerk was. They graciously got up and knocked on 2 different doors, but with no response. In the meantime, my husband walked the entire 3 floors then the outside perimeter looking for anyone that might even suggest looking like an employee, with equally no results. I had just looked up and began a call to Customer Relations when the front desk clerk showed up. His excuse was "in the bathroom". I let that slide. He was abrupt, sharp, and refused to answer a couple of simple questions (why are we paying up front when in the past our card was charged the last night by the auditor)...
For the remainder of our 3 day stay we saw only 1 time someone at the front desk.
The property was kept up, the room comfortable, but the front desk employee was most unpleasant.
Rooms: Neat, mostly clean (floor needed a good mopping), bed comfortable and everything functioned.
Safety: Without a front desk person watching who came and went, I was very thankful to be on the third floor.
Walkability: Close to outlet shopping, several restaurants and gas stations.

Online Google $88 .. another online $104 .. argh $104 PLUS a $100 DEPOSIT! not "a credit hold" but an Actual Charge! .. I now understand a review I read about "Still Not receiving deposit back"
