Mathew Tucker did a wonderful job adjusting my hearing aids that I had for my hearing loss and they are working wonderful I can hear sounds i have not hear for along time thanks so much. Office manager Jacqueline Evans was so nice just a pleasure to talk with schedule a appointment that was convenient for me great office visit thank again. If you need hearing aids need to see Mathew and Jacqueline

Very very bad service in my area. Discontinue use going with some other product. Waste of 7,000 dollars

Amber is so awesome. I came in knowing I had some kind of loss but no audiologist could pin it down. She worked with me and we did some tests. I cried when I heard my best friends voice on the phone when she let me try on a pair of real hearing aids for the first time! I had been wearing -as seen on tv hearing amps prior. I had originally come to try find a place that did ear cleaning to see if that was the issue haha.
She has been so patient with me and my learning of new sounds and what to be aware of and take note of. We had a little mishap with a receiver but no love lost =). Thanks to her Ive been able to hear voices of loved ones, improve my work efficiency(?) and really improve my level of joy in life. I really cannot recommend her enough to all my friends and folks who need hearing aids as well.
