Ive been taking my vehicles to Best Buy tire center for 18 years now and my grandparents have been taking their vehicles for 42 years . Weve always had excellent customer service with Vic, Greg and John. Were always satisfied with the engine repairs , oil changes , tire services and etc . Honest mechanics that get the job done right the first time .

Best Buy Tire is the only place to go for car repairs and tires. I have been going there for over 15 years. The car diagnosis is always correct, work impeccable and prices fair!  One time Vic took a picture of the engine problem and showed it to my friend. I have referred several of my friends to Best Buy. Dealerships and certain auto repair people take advantage of people and women that may not know much about cars . You don't have to worry here. My neighbor has a car with over  160,000 miles and Vic keeps fixing it just like new. They are very honest and trustw

A flat tire is a safety issue, and it was ignored.  I came to the business after adding air to the flat tire which did not work. Greg came to look at my car and asked "Do you know what you have?"  And I told him I have a flat tire.  He said "You have run flats."  I told him that you can hear the hiss of the air leaking out of the tire. He proceeded to add air to my tire and said "There you go."  Didn't offer to patch my tire of sell me any new tire, and told me to drive off.  It seems they really didn't want my business.  I will never come back, nor recommend this business to anyone.

Unexpected great service!I had a flat tire and went to Best Buy tire in Gardena to had it fixed! (First time ever)I couldn't be fixed, and they replaced it with the spare! They did'nt try to sell me anything and didn't charge me either!What a great customer service!!!
