I was referred to this dentist office by a friend but I have to say that the overall experience was very disappointing. I was seen by Dr. Kwan. But throughout my treatment, he didnt even speak to me. It was like I am only a machine and I dont exist. When I asked how deep my cavity was, the doctor barely gave me a five second explanation. Many people are anxious to go to a dental office, so am I. The lack of feedback from Dr Kwan felt very unprofessional. And when I asked the nurse about other questions on dental health, she wanted me to google it myself.
Overall, highly unprofessional.

Every doctor here is a specialist. I personally love Dr. Hongs practice. He is very calm and skillful so its easy to relax. I had root canals and fillings on front and back teeth. Before the procedures, Dr. Hong took the time to explain the procedure and that my back teeth had more nerves than most people. I was nervous, but he took his time to do it right. There was very little discomfort and the fillings are smooth. The process was much better than my previous procedures. I would give them a try. People in his office are friendly and detailed. And they call a day ahead of every appointment to remind you come on time. I am really satisfied with their services.

Dr. Hong is the best dentist I have ever met! He is very professional and cares about his patients. He is very dedicated and attentive to his patients' needs. I was pleasantly surprised about how nice his entire staff was. I was lucky to have something people dread turned into a great experience. I would recommend anyone who needs a change of dentist to try his services. You won't regret it!
