This shop is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Since Valentines Day is not yet here, I dont want to include a pic or description of what I had done, but it was an item you wouldnt think to go to a trophy shop for that I needed personalized. I searched high and low, and nobody could help me out in time- except for these guys. Email responses were super fast, and the guys at the shop squeezed me in last second. They were incredibly kind and professional, and they did a GREAT job! I damn near cried I was so happy. Highly highly highly recommend!!!

I originally emailed them for a last minute request. During the same day, when I was on my lunch, I came in person and they were such nice people! Mrs Rivas was awesome! Such a sweetheart. As far product, they've exceeded my expectations. You can tell they love what they do and they gave some extra effort on mines. Bless them! Will for sure come back!

You MUST stop in and give this place your business. You will NOT be disappointed.
WoW .... the professionalism with a personal touch was very much appreciated.
We came in to get some etching and a plate done for 2 urns and the delicate care in the way they helped was beyond excellent customer service.
Sue took the extra time to walk through and gave suggestions and explained the process. Her gentle kindness under such a delicate time was very much appreciated.
The rest of the staff was equally wonderful.
