They are horrible people that are in this place of business. I bought a brand new never worn original harley davidson shirt (120.00$). Just to have my name put on it. I went to pick up shirt and they made creases by my first letter. They offered to fix it. So I let them, went back to pick up and it was the same. Went back third time and the owner was the rudest you could be and the worker wasn't any better. They actually left my shirt outside refusing to fix it!!!

California Embroidery is amazing. I have used a competitor in the past for over 12 years but Im not going back. I had 3 beach towels I needed personalized. The whole process was quick and easy. I highly recommend California Embroidery.

Old fashion customer service in the best way! They went above and beyond for us to get our babys first Easter basket liner on a day off. We are forever grateful!
