Once you close on your house, you're on your own. They have a so called customer service department that you will never hear from. You will have to harrass them constantly to get nowhere. Buy somewhere else!

Learn from us!
Do not buy from this builder! They never come back to fix anything. I was told for now 9 months that they will come in and fix the painting and caulking from day 1. I'm still waiting. They keep telling me they only have 1 painter. They Keep coming up with excuses. Check under the dish washers they don't tile under them ,exposed . Oh and 1 garbage can of trash left in attic including coke cans, trash etc. They don't caulk under all cabinets leaving up to 1/2 inch space for bugs which happened to me. I had to do it myself. They refused. long window seal had crack down the middle. Cement outside had paint spilled on it and im still waiting for it to be cleaned.

NEVER buy a Covington Home. We bought one in fall 2018 and with what we know now we'd never again repeat that mistake. There has been ZERO follow-up on our punchlist of items needing attention within the first year of ownership. Like most here, we have flooring/foundation problems. The electrical is suspect. The build quality overall is middling, at best. And the customer service is atrocious. (Does non-existent qualify as atrocious.)

Never go with this builder company. Very disorganized team. You wont get what u have paid for. We were charged extra amount for kitchen island for 12 feet and they built 10feet one. When it was questioned they refused to fix or pay for loss or compensate. Poor quality finishing of the house. All that they care is about money minting. They increased price for the Upgrades without any reason just in matter of few weeks. Customer care service is worse. Overall horrible Home buying experience.
