Unlike the other two reviews, I had Robert Estrada construct 200+ feet of fence.  I explained exactly what I wanted and showed pictures, but during the construction I found that it wasn't being built like I explained.  Instead of the three rails that I showed Robert, he was only planning on putting in two.  When I discussed this with him, he explained that there would be additional costs. We agreed on a price for specific fence and midway during construction I had to pay additional for that fence. That happened with a few more things, ultimately I had to pay more for the fence he gave me an estimate for.  The workers did a fairly good job, but there were a few area that could have been better.  A few posts were cemented in adjacent to an existing concrete slab.  They did a sloppy job of pouring the cement and didn't clean up the over-spill.  Now there are a couple of spots I have to chip concrete off the driveway.  My biggest complaint would be the materials Robert probably purchased that materials from a 'big box' store instead of buying from a lumber yard.  Most of the posts are twisting and causing the fence panels to separate and the gates to not open and close properly.  The 2x4 rails are all weathered and looking like 20 year old lumber instead of wood exposed to 1 1/2 years of weather.  Robert's estimate was only a few hundred dollars less than another companies.  In retrospect, the few hundred dollars would have given me a better quality fence that would last me 20 years longer.  Robert might be okay for doing small repairs jobs, but I definitely would not recommend him to replace or construct an entire fence around our house.

Robert did an excellent job replacing seven 4x4 posts which prolonged the life of my backyard wood fence by at least several years.
