Sandra Thompson and Craig Thompson don't value their customers at all. Not responsive and keep making excuses for not doing work. They are a family business and never commit to their work. I have seen much better mannerisms and responsiveness from others. Unless a customer says its legally binding clause as per the terms on paper they will not get any work done sadly. Their negative ratings speaks volumes for their poor quality of service. Totally unprofessional folks. I wish their was a way to give a negative rating, they don't even deserve one star

Horrible service. Asking anything to be fixed on the rental home was like asking for a piece of the moon. They do not respond to their office phone.

Premier Properties are the finest group of people I have worked with in the over 10 years I have owned and rented my property. Mr & Mrs. Craig Thompson are helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in all the transactions I have had with them. Highly recommend this company.

Pathetic service and work style. Absolutely rude arrogant behavior towards the customers. And as mentioned by many reviewers, delayed responses are common. They have no accountability of work, unless you start talking about property laws and filing a complaint with the city department about them. I would recommend to look for better property management companies.
