I walked today to update my personal details and had a word with Fatima De la Torre. she was really accommodating and patient enough in understanding my need and guided throughout the process. I really appreciate the way she took time in making me understand the necessity and requirement of the documents that I was providing and explaining in a way that I could understand easily. I really appreciate and thank her for being there for me today and completing my request on the priority basis.

If you want a bank that has the longest queues, rudest staff and most non-caring people, this is the bank for you. Possibly the most polite person in the bank is the security guardbank of America should seriously think about running this branch

This place is a hot mess. The manager working today should be super embarrassed. The girl working at front with all the people piled around her telling everyone that theres not an appointment for people to sit down in front of them for at least a month. What a joke I walked into cash my check today. Ive been coming to Bank Of America for over 30 years and supposedly I couldnt cash it. I could only deposit, even though I walked in and dealt with the teller that was super Ignorant this place has no nice classiness too at all no friendly people welcoming you just stupid excuses and ridiculous new rules not being able to help customers at all for over a month they make an appointment. What a freaking joke. This place is a complete zero if you asked me customer service is below zero Im so embarrassed that Ive bank At Bank Of America but especially at this branch here. !! Im so embarrassed for the branch manager here she should be so disgusted with her employees and herself how this place is being ran! Lets not mention that I have four credit cards here and also a business account here and got treated like I was scum off the street! I definitely after 30 years will be banking somewhere else going forward thats for sure. Im gonna make sure to close all my accounts here after today.!!
