Charged me nearly $200 in cleaning and other vague fees which inhibited me from getting a new unit elsewhere.. Didnt even allow me to vacate the unit my final day as I'm loading trailer before more manufactured drama which resulted in all my property being discarded or more likely kept by Kaylas team. Huge amount of unhoused clientele. Encampment borders the.propery. Avoid at all costs...

Before returning the track, I already refilled the fuel to make the amount of fuel as same as the fuel when I picked it up. But it still charged the fuel filling fee (I told the inspector that I refilled the fuel and showed him the receipt. He didn't tell me the amount of the fuel of the returned track was not the same as the fuel when I picked it up). In the receipt, it showed I didn't refill the fuel and charged me 9 dollars for 2 gallons. The mileage that I drove was 22 miles, and I filled 2 gallons of fuel in the gas station. I don't know what happened. I will never use U-Haul anymore.

Booked my reservation online, and I set my drop off location to a location that offered a discounted rental rate. This location was about 60 miles away from the location I moved to, but given the discounted rate I figured it was worth it. All went well until I went to check in at the pick up location. The check in went through but they changed the rate to the normal rate. After my move I tried to use the chat function to change my drop off location, since I was no longer getting the discounted rate. The person on the other end of the chat said that the regional manager had to approve it and gave me their hours, which we were already chatting outside those hours. So the chat was practically useless. Overall I feel like I got bait and switched into moving their truck down to a more convenient location for them.
