Our home burned in the 2017 wild fire. We were introduced to Alan White and Associates by our attorney.
We met with John Hofert who understood our frustrations with our insurance carrier regarding our claim.
John Hofert was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped relieve some of our stress with his expertise in the insurance industry.
Alan White was our main contact. Alan patiently worked with us always looking out for our best interest. Alan is friendly, honest and always available to discuss the claim issues and what to expect.
We were very happy with his work ethic and making us feel at ease with the complex issues we were facing.
Alan White was our advocate and hero in dealing with the insurance adjuster. Alan always reassured us everything will be okay and kept our stress levels low.
It was a relief not to be overly angry, upset , disappointed at the insurance adjuster since Alan handled all the details in getting our claim paid.
We are grateful for our attorney to introduce us to Alan White and Associates. Alan and John stated in the beginning they would help us and at the end they always looked out for our best interest.

My experience was that he strung me along for months on end. He said one of his adjusters went out on disability and he was short staffed. He never returned my calls, texts or emails and asked that I do all the work. Finally, he had to withdraw himself from representing my claim. He threatened me that if I gave him a bad review tben he would involve himself and it wouldn't prove to be beneficial.
I am grateful to David DeTinne @ Integrity First Public Insurance Adjusters (Carmichael, Ca) for settling my claim and cleaning up the mess that Alan White and Associates left behind.
