      image I went to Professional Hearing Associates to select a hearing aid and be fitted. Heather was my specialist. I thought that she was excellent - very friendly. She adjusted the ear piece for comfort and gave a good overview of the capabilities and adjustments that I could make of the hearing aid. I felt that she satisfied my many questions and made herself available for questions by phone.
