This is my 2nd time buying a beautiful bouquet from Carousel of Flowers and it definitely won't be my last! I accidentally put in the wrong street address for my flower delivery (yeah I know!) but didn't realize it until the flowers were already delivered to the incorrect address. I panicked and figured there was not much I could do. But after contacting Carousel of Flowers, they let me know they had noticed it was the wrong address and took it upon themselves to call the recipient to get the right address! I'm so grateful they did that and delivered the flowers to the correct location. Plus, the bouquet was absolutely stunning and my mother-in-law loved them! Thank you so much for saving the day!!

I placed my order from 3000 miles away and chose Carousel because they are close to where it would be delivered. The flowers were for a milestone birthday so we wanted them to be extra special. Having worked as a florist, I had great expectations (read I'm picky!). I gave special instructions that required the shop to touch base with the recipient in advance to confirm her preferences and arrange a convenient time for delivery. All my instructions were carried out perfectly. I didn't want to limit Carousel to a specific design or picture, but to use their design expertise to make something unique, if that's what the recipient wanted. They did a marvelous job of choosing exotic topicals and arranging them in a fitting, understated container that will be put to good use after the bouquet has faded. Although I didn't know Carousel was there before I needed a florist in Escondido, I will certainly recommend them going forward. Well done, Carousel!

Flowers are amazing as you can see in the photo. Service and delivery were great. Since I was out of town I did a custom order. Two dozen purple roses and a noce purple orchid with the fill in of their choice. When you custom order online they ask how much you are willing to spend. I said $300 then there is tax and tip which came to $385. I don't know much about flowers but thought you should know. Does this really look like a $300 bouquet. I am not sure. Don't know if there is a mark up before Valentine's day ordered on 2/62022.
