Silvia and Ana were so kind to speak to my dads insurance who messed up and claimed he had received an eye exam when he hadnt. Even with a busy lobby they called the insurance company which is unheard of!!! Busy places usually dont have the time to dedicate to their patients but you all did!! The insurance company admitted it was their fault and Ana got on the phone again to get it straightened out. Thank you!!!

I absolutely recommend to avoid this place. The doctors might be nice and professional, but the staff in the front office and the optical shop on the first floor are rude and unreasoning to talk to, especially a "so called lady"name Gabriela who,not only called me rude for asking questions and expecting a service after a looooong waiting time,she was very disrespectful to my needs. I don't think I should apologize for asking for help. Walmart is waaaay better.
