We hired Levette to perform both our move out and move in cleanings. From the start she was very responsive and able to provide a quote. A lot of companies only provide a range which can be vague, especially if it's based on hourly service as those hours can add up. Additionally some cleaning cos expect you to provide cleaning supplies. Levette took the time to understand the project up front and provide a final price during our conversation.
She arrived promptly during both appointments and even drove from San Diego to the OC. She made all appliances look brand new and thoroughly cleaned according to the scope of work we discussed.
Very satisfied with her work. Made the process of moving out and in much easier.
