TL;DR - Meineke is the most professional repair shop I've ever used.
Over the years, I've had the misfortune of using multiple shady repair shops and dealerships for maintenance before I tried Meineke. I've only been a customer for a couple of years but have two older vehicles that require frequent maintenance. Never once have they performed a repair without asking permission. They have always provided pricing for each repair up front and never surprised me afterward with a different price. They also have never pressured me into doing any other repairs or tried to upsell me on additional services. I know my experience is not unique. I generally wait in the break room while they do the work and I've never heard a customer argue about the work or their treatment.

Escondido's Best Auto Service! 271,752 miles on my '99 Corolla. Enough miles to go to the Moon and start back! My crew at Meineke keeps me safe and on the road. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for the recent work and more to come. ~ Ben B.
