Dr goh appears to care but Patients wait sometimes 6 to 9 months for appts only to be contacted a few days before their appt to cancel.. This happens repeatedly and is a danger to Patients.

Same as the others here, I was referred to Dr Goh in February by my PCP. Called to make an appointment and was told the earliest was next January. Then I was told I was lucky they had an opening come up for August, so I gladly took it and waited. Planned my summer around it to make sure I wouldnt miss it, called the office a week before to make sure she was still good for the appointment and they assured me she was. I scheduled the day off from work, and then her office called me two business days before the appt to tell me she could no longer see me and the soonest appointment is next February. What an absolute waste of time but more than that, I have been getting progressively sicker and more anxious in the last 6 months when I couldve just seen any dermatologist during that time instead of waiting for Dr Goh to inevitably cancel. Do not waste your time. She should not be accepting new patients if this is her standard procedure.

if you actually want to see a doctor do not waste your time with this woman. in march of this year the earliest availability for an appointment was February of next year, and now they just called me and told me they have to reschedule and the earliest I could be seen is next September. And looking at other reviews it's clear this woman does this all the time. Just absurdly unprofessional. I will be finding a doctor that actually cares about patients.

I went to Dr. Goh to have a rash looked at. She told me she wanted to do a biopsy, and I responded to let her know I needed to check with my insurance first to make sure it was covered, as I could not afford anything more than a visit copay at the moment. She told me she would call my insurance, left the room, and came back moments later. She said she had called my insurance and it was covered, then proceeded to rush through the procedure. The only care instructions I was given was to leave the bandage on until it fell off.
A week or two later, I got a bill from UCLA for the procedure for $432. I called my insurance company, and they have no record of the call Dr. Goh assured me she made. I then called Dr. Gohs office to get the reference number for the call, and UCLA does not have a record of the call either. The woman on the phone in the office told me she relayed my situation to the supervisor, Chris, and he would call me back that day. It has been a week now, and Chris has not called me. They are no longer responding to my MyChart messages, though MyChart tells me that theyve read them. There are 5 messages Ive sent over the last 10 days; none of them were replied to. In one of the messages I asked for proper care instructions, as the wound was starting to look a little funky. No response.
Due to other medical conditions, Ive been to more doctors than any 30 year old should have to, Ive had some poor experiences, but this is by far the worst. Dr. Goh lied to me, and now they are avoiding making it right. And avoiding giving me care instructions for a procedure I had done in their office. Im baffled and outrageously disappointed.
Avoid this office at all costs.

After waiting 8 months for an appointment for a specific issue, my appointment has been cancelled and the soonest I can be seen this doctor is in. August. Thats 13 months to get an appointment. Thanks but no thanks. What a horrible way to treat patients! The reply doesnt even address what I stated above, although after posting, I did receive a call to reschedule in May
