I have been training at Ambition Athletics since 2019Ive never been to a gym quite like it. What I like most about it is that its functional with a focus on improving quality of life and increasing longevity through fitness. Aside from lifting, there are components of coordination, fine motor skills, flexibility, balance, agility, and cardio.
I have done both personal training and the small group classes at Ambition and have benefited from both. The trainers look out for the gym-goers and there is an emphasis on form and safety to build long-term gains. I also appreciate the variety of exercises in the classes. Great place and community.

Great training with focus on strength, mobility, and joy.
Just re-read this and it's still valid after 10+ years.
